A hardware complex designed to register, process and analyze the trajectory of the movement of the center of pressure of the human body on the plane of support in order to identify and rehabilitate balance disorders and motor coordination disorders in adults and children.

Allows diagnostics of disorders of motor functions and balance functions in neurology, otolaryngology, orthodontics, manual therapy, orthopedics:

  • assessment of the impact of vision on the process of maintaining a vertical posture,
  • assessment of the impact of vision on the function of balance;
  • assessment of the impact optokinetic nystagmus on the function of equilibrium;
  • assessment of the effect of respiration on balance (this allows us to judge cerebellar disorders);
  • assessmentchanges in the function of equilibrium, in connection with circulatory disorders, in the evaluation of proprioreception, reaction rate, kinesthetic praxis, ability to precise movements,
  • evaluation of the nature of asymmetry,
  • evaluation of lateralization
  • , etc.

The exercise machine has no contraindications and can be used in work with both adults and children (training is carried out in the mode of formative games based on the biofeedback process) in the form of classes  of 15-20 procedures for  30 minutes.

How does this happen?

Standing on a platform with sensors embedded in it, the patient’s center of gravity is determined, the patient changes his position to control the cursor or the hero.on the screen. A person sees where his character is moving and this helps him to correct his actions.

The platform is very sensitive, captures even the movements of the eyes and the head, assessing how the body posture changes.

The ability to correctly move the center of gravity, balance it, lies at the heart of any active movement. Classes on the stability platform actively involve the musculoskeletal system and higher mental functions.
